Session #26 Recap

Nuwl, Shiloh, Sir Rob, Banan, and Soren left the Moathouse to delve deeper into the Temple. With the new Temple leader beside them (Shiloh), the party met up with the Elemental Earth Reavers. Together they recruited two ogres, fought 16 skeletons, recruited two gnolls and then went down into the 2nd level of the dungeon. With the help of the ogre named Bog, the party destroyed one of the magically enchanted doors leading into the Air Temple. In the center of the octagonal room they discovered was a pit, that potentially leads back up to the top floor of the temple, and an altar. On the altar was a crystal bowl and two crytsal knives. Banan grabbed the crystal bowl (worth 1250 gp!) but it set off a magical trap! The trap dealt some significant damage to nearby allies, but all survived. Unfortunately, the trap set off an alarm and a wraith like creature came out of a secret door in the room and began to attack (unsuccessfully) the party. Deciding that their wounds were too deep the party decided to leave, but Soren was now interested in claiming the crystal knives. Upon grabbing the crystal knives another magical burst of wind slammed against Soren and Banan, felling them. Their bodies were recovered and brought back to the Moathouse and buried in the crypt.
