Session #19

A large party from An Adventuring Guild left the Moathouse on the 26th of Coldeven and returned on the 2nd of Growfest. Deciding to take the High Road this time, the party had a quiet but foggy journey to the Temple of Elemental evil. Upon entering the Temple the party took the stairs that they have previously descended to the first known floor of the Temple. Checking the remaining rooms of the area that previously housed a pair of harpies, the party fought off a group of six ghouls.
  Exiting the room the party proceeded North and found a hexagonal chamber with a mud throne. On the ceiling of the room were eighteen stirges angry about being awoken. The party narrowly fought off the stirges, with Shiloh and Ouritzo having close calls.
  Further down the main corridor heading North, the party discovered a secret door that lead to a Library. The Library had some interesting information, but most of it was destroyed.
  Finally, the party found a large hall with vats of oil being burned for light. They left this area and found a meditation room where Breydor destroyed everything he could. Upon exiting the Temple the party encountered and quickly slaid a ogre.
