Significance
Religiously, the Spear holds significance in the worship of Adir, being his weapon of choice during the God-Wars called the Schism. The Church of Adir holds this relic to be holy and sacred, and the Spear is displayed in the Grand Cathedral of Adir in the city of Arkerzun.
Politically, the Spear is important because it is depicted on the flag and insignias of the Adirilian Empire, a nation based upon the principles of honor and order, which Adir represents.
Mythologically speaking, the Spear of Adir is said to be the weapon that struck down the malevolent god Bane at the end of the Schism, though any witnesses to this event died out long ago.
