The Batty Collection goes up for sale.

The Albert Batty Collection, a set of 15 Great War diaries, dating from 1914-1919, are sold at auction at Sotheby's. The collection also contained photographs, postcards and other items relative to the war and armed forces; an almost complete set of R.A.M.C. regimental newspaper "The Pannier"
