Age: Unknown—records claim he has ruled for over 150 years, though his appearance changes very little
Residence: Executor’s Spire within the Iron Citadel, a sealed obsidian tower beneath a storm-forged dome
Public Persona: Calm, cold, unshakably resolute. Speaks in carefully crafted proclamations, always via projection or with a Chorus of Compliance at his side.
Role & Rule:
- Founder of the modern Iron Pact, following the Silent Reclamation that eliminated the Triumvirate
- Elevated the city from a fractured state to a militarized regime capable of facing the Black Tusk Legion and internal rebellion
- Seen as divine by some, feared and obeyed by all
- May be directly linked to ancient artifacts or a sealed divine fragment hidden beneath the city
