Ryker Hadranson (a.k.a. Ryker Hailstorm)
Dragonborn fighter seeking revenge and justice for the death and destruction of his people and his home.
A curse passed down through generations, Ryker was born with silver-scale, a condition that resulted in his silvery scale-like skin and the ability to breathe a storm of ice, much like a dragon. Ryker was told by his parents, of which his father Hadran also bared the curse, that his ancestor Nordrin made a pact with Hel to bring his wife back from the dead. In return, he offered up the lives of his future generations, so that if Hel should ever need "mortal assistance", she could call on them all. Ryker himself was nicknamed Ryker Hailstorm, both for his rapid and formidable fighting ability, as well as the pattern of silver-scale across his body. He has not told anyone of the truth behind his condition, even his closest (and now only) friend Astrid, at the bequest of his parents.

Education
While not being the wisest of people, Ryker has quite an average level of intelligence that he has retained through basic education and his training to become a soldier of Brunahaugr.
Mental Trauma
Ryker started life as an adventurer after his home of Brunahaugr was burned to the ground and the only survivors were himself and his friend Astrid. After that Ryker has been through many battles and even more near death experiences. This has left Ryker with some lingering PTSD that sometimes hinders his ability to take part in large battles. Ryker, later on his journey, encountered a bear that he did his absolute best to befriend but despite all attempts he was forced to kill. Since then Ryker has sworn to never harm another bear.
Morality & Philosophy
Ryker, while trying to do mostly good with his strength, has sworn a moral vow to never harm a bear again after a traumatic encounter with one. He tries to keep a respectable line of morals, however will break these to protect his friends should he need to.
