The Jeians are an Hobgoblin prominent ethnicity and culture that is mostly endemic to Agaman Bay. The Jeian culture is the second most widespread out of all hobgoblin's cultures around Edora. The culture revolves heavily on shamanistic rituals and behaviors that can be considered violent or even abhorent by observing outisder.
