Blepharo Lucilius was an Arch Bishop of Rhaan that fought in The War of Bishops. He is mostly known for his harsh criticism of the militaristic interpretation proposed by Victor Mangus and downright condemnation of the schools of thought that eventually evolved into The 2nd Vintian Crusades.
