Sonya Aldemer
Sonya is a 27 year old goliath woman and one of the adopted daughters of Ildra Aldemer . Standing at just under 7 feet tall, Sonya is quite petite for a goliath. She was born the the Vunakavi tribe. When she was a child, Sonya was attacked by a wolf and her right arm was mangled. When she grew ill from the infection, she could no longer keep up with her tribe. The Vunakavi tribe had no tolerance for what they perceived as weakness and left her to die in the mountains. Ildra discovered the starving girl at Red Lily Falls and took her in. Sonya's arm couldn't be saved, but she still grew to be a strong fighter. Sonya now acts as security for Ildra and watches over her younger adopted sister, Sigrid Aldemer , like a hawk.
