Kethel
The waypoint between Bymoor and the Kingdom of Enesar. Kethel started as a supply post to embark in eastern and southern journeys but has become a city all its own. It is not uncommon to find Men and Halfling at the same table enjoying a pint and sharing a story. The halflings of Bymoor consider such a journey to Kethel a "proper adventure". The dirt roads are often muddied from rains, while the timber buildings are worn with age. The locals simply shrug and call it "lived in".
Directly bordering the Dreaming Forest several of the city's inhabitants have a story to tell about missing people, missing animals, strange noises, or any number of other ambient disturbances attributed to the mysterious and possibly malevolent nature of the forest.
