Jingle's Jangles
A mobile potion vendor run by Jingle Goodbarrel a short curly haired, smiley and rosy cheeked human merchant.
He carries a haversack with a sign sticking out from the top flap on his back. If he spots a prospective buyer he will quickly drop the sack to the ground and slide off this covering revealing his storefront - that of a hastily assembled cabinet with short legs standing about five feet tall. In this cabinet he proudly shows off various potions that can be purchased.
