Drinking in the Cerulean Wreath
It is customary in the cities of the Cerulean Wreath when the first round is bought that everyone takes a shot-glass sized drink of Jeli Wine and toast Luce Mora all together before moving on to having your meal or imbibing your first ordered drink. Often times this will be brought with your drink without even ordering it on the assumption you will be engaging in this tradition.
