Bright Futures
An orphanage run in the Mora Heights, or Midtown. It's a large two story building that's run by Headmaster Elfred - a tall half elf with salt and pepper goatee and short hair.
He's a very serious man and doesn't at all show a fatherly side one might expect from such an establishment. Only prospective couples that he deems appropriate are able to take a child from here into their homes - but that number of people is suspiciously few.
The children from here do all they can to avoid the topic of this place outside of a few seemingly canned responses to probing questions.
