A junior product manager at Penrose Dynamics. Ruben is currently assigned to launching their new line of electric vehicles. Said EVs come under the "Evergreen" name, though they are in truth European imports with some conversion and rebranding.

Facade

Ruben is a fair-haired man in his forties. He lives with his partner and two dogs. Most of his colleagues praise Ruben for his positive vibe that he brings to the office.

Truth

Three years back Ruben was identified by a ventrue kindred of the The Chain as a useful asset and set about making them a ghoul. They feed information on Penrose's activities to their "master" on occasion.

Rumors

Penrose HR department already know about their "leak" but have not yet done anything to stop or remove the problem suggesting they have their own plans.
