A southside "community project" built on the bones of defunct industry and decaying retail. The Basset Estates are home to almost every type of person you can find in America, with the exception of the wealthy. Common types of buildings in the estates including multi-story apartment blocks, corner clinics and a couple of half-shut shopping malls.
