Perdition
Perdition is the capital of Dramm, home to 1,000,000 people and a thriving factory industry. All sorts of mills set up along the two rivers that flow down the series of seven waterfalls through town. Towards the top of the mountain, the town raises above the smog and cloud level. The sky fractures are visible here and there are rumors that the water before it hits the factories is drinkable, though no one from lower levels is ever sure since entrance to the levels above the clouds is forbidden to all but an elect few. Lower down, the air is heavy with all kinds of dust and smog from a thousand mills pumping away day and night, and the water is black and thick as syrup.
