Frosetarn
The city of Frosetarn was built amidst the bleak fields of snow and ice on the eastern cusp of the Lhazaar Principality. Despite the bitter cold, the once meager city has boomed in the modern age due to its prime location along the Sanguine and convenient travel to Perdition, and has managed to not only survive but thrive. In an effort to convert the city as the Church of the Shattered Sky spread across the Republic, the Church made massive investments into Frosetarn's infrastructure. The efforts paid off little in the scheme of spreading the religion, but it established a permanent Church branch presence while growing the various arts markets of the town. Spirituality is celebrated in all of its forms in Frosetarn, but most value spiritual presence rather than spiritual principle; there is little conflict between different religions in the city. In fact, the two major holy locations share a district, commonly known as the twilight district. Everything from the culinary arts to performing arts blossoms here, from dawn to late into the night. The Church at large has negative feelings regarding the Frosetarn branch's diversion from the Song of Siberys and other core tenets.
