female Moon elf fighter/mage   Ideals: Freedom, respect ("Our failure would spell an end to all beautiful and honest things.")   Interaction Traits: Honest, friendly   Pledged Resources: Harper mages and scouts   The elf noble Remallia-"Remi" to her friends-is the Harper's leading delegate to the Council of Waterdeep. She is quiet, speaking only after others have had their turn, and is content to let events unfold until she feels a need to offer intervention and guidance. This embodies her attitude about combating the cult as well.   Remi is convinced that the rumors of Tiamat's return are true, and she is frustrated by the unwillingness of the other Harpers to commit to fighting the Cult of the Dragon. She understands their hesitation, however. The Harpers' have only recently been reformed, and the cause of their near-destruction was the decision to act more openly and aggressively.   The Harpers measure success in the value and quantity of intelligence gained by a course of action, as well as how that knowledge can be used to leverage an enemy into submission. Remallia wants the party to succeed using such tactics, knowing that this will sway the conservatives in her faction.   The Harpers are willing to cooperate with unsavory types and leverage evil assets, but not if doing so endangers others unnecessarily. They can respect the deftness and skill needed to make such an arrangement, even if they do not like the arrangement itself. The Harpers are always dissatisfied if the characters kill important cultists rather than capturing them-or at least trying to extract information from them beforehand.   Remallia (Remi to her friends) is the lady of House Ulbrinter and a guiding light for the Harpers in Waterdeep. She became an active force for good in the city after assassins killed her husband, Arthagast Ulbrinter, and destroyed his remains. A sun elf, she has two adult children (a half-elf son named Arthius, who is studying music in Silverymoon, and a half-elf daughter named Serenore, who lives on the Moonshae island of Alaron with her husband and daughter). Lady Haventree retains a handful of loyal servants and spies.   Remi holds secret Harper meetings in her villa, which is warded by all manner of spells. She uses a silver raven figurine of wondrous power to deliver messages to Harper spies scattered throughout the city.   Remallia was a noble sun elf living in Waterdeep in Ulbrinter Villa, once the home of her husband Arthagast Ulbrinter. At some point she joined the Harpers. She used all her strengths to unite all the Realms factions to contrast the menace of the Cult of the Dragon and Tiamat, and for this she was chosen to represent the Harpers at the Council on Waterdeep. Remallia personally was very proactive in fighting the Cult but needed to be more cautious due to the weakened state of the Harpers. The Harper's had only recently truly reformed.   In 1491 DR, following the appearance of the returned[6] goddess Eilistraee near the walls of Waterdeep, many of her Drow followers traveled to the City of Splendors. When they approached Remallia, asking for her help to build a shrine to their goddess within the city, she agreed to provide her support.   Remallia was honest and friendly. She truly believed in the Cult's dangers, but understood the caution of her fellow Harpers. She also agreed to compromise with lesser evils to fight more nefarious but not at all prices. The death of her husband at the Cult's hand served only to increase Remallia's willingness to fight it. She was one of the driving forces in the organizations of the Council.   Arthagast Ulbrinter - husband, assassinated Arhtius - half-elf son, lived in Silverymoon Serenore - half-elf daughter, lived with her family on the Moonshae island of Alaron
