The governate has a population of 434,000 people of which 314,000 are Kauuvattians and 120,000 Schafheimers.
The cities of the governate are:
- Alfach 23,122 - mainly Schafheimer but with a Kauuvattian elite
- Onkos 3178 - mainly Kauuvattian
Territories
The governate has an area of 53,000 sq km
The Halun river runs through the western part of the governate and the Qetah River runs through the eastern part and the capital Alfach.
