Emen
Emen is a stronghold of the Count of Al Rahia. If Klarab was not so important, it is likely the Count would move his court here permanently and this would become the capital.
The area round Emen has several pirate crews working out of the area. The Count unofficially tolerates them in return for good pay offs.
Industry & Trade
This is only a retreat in case of war of problems for the Count of Al Rahia
There is more money coming into Emen than anyone would expect because of the loot of the pirates.
