Belcatica
The town is the capital of Lanone County. It is also the port where duties are collected on anything travelling to and from Lake Boglio
Demographics
As this is the port city where Boglio lake meets the Avapik river it is also one of the busiest ports in the world and has significant populations from around Cantumland.
Defences
There is a large chain strung across the entrance to the Apavik river. The chains come down during the hours the port is open for traffic.
