Banquet of Obsidian and Stone

Following the successful cleansing of the Iron Echo Caverns and the destruction of the corrupting obelisk, the rock Gnomes of Glintstone Haven extended their gratitude to the adventurers with a celebratory banquet.   The banquet was held in the Crystal Commons, Glintstone Haven's ceremonial gathering space. The hall was illuminated by glowing crystals embedded in the walls and ceilings, casting an array of vibrant colors that reflected off the polished stone floors. Long tables were laden with a variety of dishes, showcasing both traditional gnome cuisine and delicacies inspired by surface-world flavors.   The banquet featured an assortment of culinary delights, each meticulously crafted by Glintstone Haven's most skilled cooks and brewers:   Crystalbread: A gnome staple made from finely ground luminescent lichen and infused with sweet, floral flavors.   Rockfish Stew: A hearty stew made with fish found in the caverns' underground lakes, seasoned with a blend of cave spices.   Gemstone Tarts: Delicate pastries filled with a variety of fruit preserves and decorated with candied crystals.   Fizzleroot Ale: A potent ale brewed from fermented fizzleroot, known for its energizing properties.
  Entertainment was provided by a troupe of gnome musicians, who played lively tunes on crystal flutes, stone drums, and string instruments crafted from echoing iron. A group of young gnomes performed a traditional dance that mimicked the movements of crystals reflecting light, earning enthusiastic applause from the attendees.   At the culmination of the banquet, Elder Tinkwhistle presented the adventurers with their promised gift: the Ring of Lingering Concentration. He expressed the gnomes' deep appreciation for their service and praised their courage in facing the dangers of the caverns.   The banquet concluded with a toast to the continued prosperity of Glintstone Haven and the enduring friendship between the gnomes and the adventurers.
