Hydrokinesis is the power to manipulate water and all its states of matter. As water can be found virtually anywhere, it is one of the most versatile powers one can have.
Effect
Water is moved and shaped in the way Hydrokines want. Many Hydrokines use water to create hooks and whips when fighting their opponents. Others use water to heal the wounded, by creating spheres of energy.

Fatigue
As with any power, users can tire out from using hydrokinesis for too long. Drawing water from organic objects requires a lot of energy so as much water can be obtained as possible. This can lead to people exploiting their weaknesses.Manifestation
Users first create a sphere of water and it splashes at times while they shape the sphere. Some people have claimed that they feel the water in their fingers and arms as they are manipulating it, even without touching the water.

Since no users can create their own water, they draw their power from existing sources of water. Those that are more advanced can manipulate water from their own bodies and use it as desired.
Discovery
History
Hydrokinesis first appeared in areas with a large amount of water in Quadrilore (e.g. Aquador). The neighbouring people evolved and developed genes that allowed them to manipulate the water around them in various ways.Famous Examples
Hydrokinesis was most famously used in Battle of Aquador when the Nexans from Aquamer defended their land using the water around them in creative ways. The battle showcased a great amount of skill and teamwork as the Nexans successfully drove their attackers away.Limitations
Although water can be found everywhere, it can't be created. People can only manipulate the water they can find.Known Users
After geokinesis, hydrokinesis is the second most common power found in humanoids. The power is not concentrated in one particular ethnicity, although Nexans tend to have more Hydrokines than other ethnic groups.Quick Facts
Gestures & Ritual
Users of hydrokinesis need to use fluid movements when manipulating water, to reflect the fluidity of water. Most people use hydrokinesis to fight their opponents, so their fighting style must be flexible and smooth in order to draw water effectively.

Applied Restriction
- Hydrokines need water around them to manipulate it. That means hydrokinesis cannot be used in outer space or in places without water. To get around this, Hydrokines carry a small bottle of water wherever they go.
- It is illegal to manipulate the water inside living creatures, as this is a violation of both Humanoid and Human rights.
