William has a well build and is of average height which causes him to often be eye to eye with many races and creatures.

Peak Human Condition: Talon is more physically powerful that most humans and had seemingly extreme strength, mobility and resilience. This allows him to easily overpower and lift normal humans.   Expert Acrobat: Talon is highly athletic and acrobatic, able to perform parkour and freerunning moves with ease and incorporated his skills into moving through urban areas and in combat.   Expert Swordsman: Talon is skilled with using a sword.   Expert Manipulator: Talon is able to deceive and manipulate others.   Master Assassin: Talon is a highly trained assassin.   Master Combatant: Talon is a master of melee, close quarter, unarmed, and hand to hand combat.   Leadership: Talon was raised up, between others stuffs, to be a "General" to all of the other Talons.   Knife Throwing: Talon's extensive skill with knives and other bladed weapons extends to him throwing them with absolute accuracy.   Flight: Talon can naturally fly thanks to his artificially generated wings.   Talons: Talon has powerful talons and is able to cut through solid walls. He is also able to transform just his talons without transforming fully.   Invulnerability: Talon cannot be killed by most conventional means and weapons, however, certain supernatural weapons, as well as silver, can kill him. He can also be killed by methods decapitation, dismemberment, as well as certain supernatural beings.   Natural Enhancements: Talon has superhuman strength in both hybrid and human form, though he is at his peak only while in hybrid form. In hybrid form, he possesses supernatural speed, capable of flying over 100 miles per hour. In human form he is notably faster than any human being, but still not nearly as fast as he is in his hybrid form. In battle, he is very capable of handling his opponents. Talon also has greater endurance than a human.    Enhanced Agility: Talon possessees enhanced speed and agility, far greater than any human. This enables him to perform leaps across incredible heights and distances, and even scale vertical surfaces. His agility also allows him to easily and rapidly run, jump, sprint and climb.    Flexible Head: Like most owls, Talon can turn his head 180 degrees with little to no effort and without any signs of discomfort or pain.    Super Senses: Talon possesses heightened, animal senses; akin to actual owls, he is able to see with greater clarity than Humans, even in darkness, and his senses of smell is also slightly enhanced. He is also an excellent tracker; being capable of using his sense of sight and smell to track targets.   Regeneration: Talon has a powerful regenerative healing factor. This allows him to heal at an abnormal rate, faster than any human being can. Small cuts and minor injuries heal within seconds while larger, more damaging injuries, such as broken bones, blood loss, and vampire venom infection seem to heal within minutes.

Black armor

Blades: Talon carried a wide assortment of knives, daggers and short swords with him. His uniform even has retractable blades in the arms and spikes in the shoes.   Bladed Gloves: Talon's gauntlets were bladed and shaped much like a birds talons, allowing him to stab and tear through flesh effortlessly.
