Sai has a well and slim build and is of average height which causes her to often be eye to eye with many races and creatures.

Telepathy and Empathy: Originally, Kwannon's powers manifested as a form of intuitive empathy, which allowed her to access the minds of others. Kwannon's telepathy developed significantly. Psylocke displays telepathic abilities which enable her to read minds, communicate with others by broadcasting her thoughts psychically and other talents.   Telepathic Detection: With her psionic senses, Psylocke can track other sentient beings by their psychic emanations.   Psychic Katana: Kwannon physically manifestes her telepathic powers as a blade, creates as an ornate psionic katana. The blade can disrupt the autonomic nervous systems of other living beings, incapacitating them instantly. Kwannon can also use her psychic katana to force her way into an opponent's mind and reveal any thoughts that are originally shielded from her telepathic powers, including those of other telepaths.   Telekinetic Flight: Psylocke can use her psychic powers to levitate and even fly at higher speeds. She floats in the air when meditating and once created a pair of psionic butterfly wings to fly a longer distance.   Master Martial Artist: Psylocke is highly skilled in different ninja fighting techniques and other martial arts, including sword fighting. She worked as an assassin for years.   Telekinesis: On various occasions, Psylocke has demonstrated mid-level telekinesis, enabling her to levitate, move and manipulate objects and matter with her mind.   Natural Enhancements: Sai has superhuman strength in wolf. In wolf form, she possesses supernatural speed, capable of running over 100 miles per hour. In battle, she is very capable of handling her opponents. She also has greater endurance than a human.   Phasing: Sai can phase in and out of wolf form.   High Body Temperature: Sai has a constant body temperature of about 110° degrees to withstand severe cold weather. This high body heat also allows her to survive in very hot weather, making it hard for her bodies to overheat. This high body temperature is very useful in combat, as it makes it extremely hard for vampires to harm her because they are extremely sensitive to heat. This temperature also prevents frequent illness, by killing any potential pathogens she comes into contact with before she can become ill.   Invulnerability: Sai cannot be killed by most conventional means and weapons, however, certain supernatural weapons, as well as silver, can kill her. She can also be killed by methods decapitation, dismemberment, as well as certain supernatural beings.   Super Senses: Sai possesses heightened, animal senses; akin to actual wolves, she is able to see with greater clarity than humans, even in darkness, and her senses of smell is also enhanced.   Claws and Fangs: Sai has powerful claws and is able to cut through solid walls. Her fangs can tear human flesh and can rip out a human heart right out of their chest cavity. She is able to transform just her claws without transforming fully.   Regeneration: Sai has a powerful regenerative healing factor. This allows her to heal at an abnormal rate, faster than any human being can. Small cuts and minor injuries heal within seconds while larger, more damaging injuries, such as broken bones, blood loss, and vampire venom infection seem to heal within minutes.
