Energy Manipulation: Osul-Ra can generate flamelike, blue-coloured energy from his body and manipulate it to a variety of effects. Osul-Ra can also generate a red-coloured energy.
Optic Blast: Osul-Ra can, as a conscious act, fire powerful energy blasts from any part of his body. He most typically does this as concentrated beams from his eyes similar to heat vision, or alternatively as concussive blasts from his hands.
Superhuman Speed: He can move at incredible speeds, outmatching others in quick movements and reactions.

Invulnerability: Due to the interaction of his dense molecular structure and supercharged bio-electric aura, Osul-Ra is nigh-invulnerable to extreme energy forces. In addition, his immune system protects him from toxins and diseases.
Super-Hearing: His hearing is extremely sensitive, allowing him to hear any sound at any volume or pitch.
Subzero Blast: Osul-Ra can concentrate a quantity of pure air in her lungs and then release it in a frozen form, creating a blast of icy air.
Super-Breath: Osul-Ra can exhale powerful winds, create freezing temperatures, or inhale large volumes of air or vapor.
Divine Empowerment: Osul-Ra is the host of the Fire of Roo, an aspect of the evil Goddess.
