Penguin has a short and fat stature, although despite this, he is able to go toe-to-toe with Batman. He has ginger hair. He has three fingers on each hand, resembling the flappers of a penguin, as well as crooked teeth.

He is capable of going toe-to-toe with Batman.   Leadership: The Penguin runs one of the most elusive and strongest army in the north east.   Cold Adaptation: His biology causes his skin cells to become storage units for the cold to help his body chemistry to be comfortably chilled, allowing him to become both entirely immune and adapted to sub-freezing temperatures.   Thermokinesis: Because of Oswald' extremely low body temperature, anything his skin comes into contact with will freeze.   Decelerated Aging: Extraordinary, his age progression is slowed drastically in a suspended animated state.    Toxic Immunity: His unique physiology makes him immune to most toxins, bacteria, and viruses.    Tactical Analysis: Oswald never forgets an injustice done to him. He may not exact his revenge in the same moment or even the same year but at some point, in some place, he will have his vengeance. His tactical skill ensures the stability and prosperity of his empire, which has always remained as the most powerful empire in north east.   Firearms: Penguin is good at using his umbrella crossbow to defend himself against opponents and has been seen taking down armed opponents with firearms on multiple occasions.

He wears a monocle on his right eye. He also wears a bowtie and a top hat. His tuxedo consists of a black coat with a gray vest and white shirt underneath. His coat is red from the back of its tips. His pants consist of black and gray stripes. He wears black shoes with white spats.

Penguin's Umbrella: The Penguin carries an arsenal of specially designed umbrellas. Nearly all of them are equipped with some kind of offensive weaponry. Some umbrellas double as flame throwers while others house coiled electrified chains that can be used to ensnare prey.
