Mako

Mako has a lean and quite tall figure which causes him to be often eye to eye with most races and creatures.

Firebending: Mako demonstrates considerable skill in the art of firebending, implementing a modern style of fighting that he developed in his pro-bending days. Critics of the sport note his use of a distinct "cool under fire" technique, which primarily involves a series of defensive weaving and dodging patterns quickly followed by successive spurts of offense, rendering Mako capable of defeating an entire pro-bending team by himself. Outside of pro-bending, Mako demonstrates great skill in traditional firebending combat. He can maintain his fire streams for a period of time for feats such as propelling himself through the air. He can also perform more advanced techniques such as the breath of fire. The raw strength of his firebending is also considerable, able to offset a large and point-blank explosion unharmed. His control is also very fine, as he was able to form a sleek dagger for intimidation and the likes.   Lightningbending: Mako is skilled enough to generate lightning and redirect it, having learned the skills from his former boss, Lightning Bolt Zolt. He is able to generate it from either hand quickly with little charging time and no arm movement and is also capable of maintaining the bolt for several seconds. He used lightning for a job at a power plant in Republic City[1] and could effectively use it in combat. He could also fire it with considerable aim, being able to hit speeding targets and controlling the charge of it to merely stun targets. When restrained, he is able to maintain enough focus and calmness of mind to generate lightning and score a direct hit.   Map Reading: Mako is also good at reading maps.   Cooking: He also is an adequate cook, preparing meals for himself and the other teachers.   Expert Detective: Mako is also a skilled detective.   Teaching: Mako found time to teach in Berks Village School, especially those who remind him of himself, his brother, or his friends. His teaching methods did not resemble formal martial instruction but instead reflected his own history: He sets his students practical tasks and engages them in games in order to practice their skills and build strength and endurance. He can deal with students who mess around and waste time.   Superhuman Senses: Like any Wereleopard, Mako can smell better than peak-human beings. His ears are ten times more sensible to sounds than human ears.    Transformation: Mako can transform himself into a half-human/half-leopard creature and back to human form.    Superhuman Strength: Mako possess sufficient superhuman strength to lift about 15 tons. His physical strength has extended into the muscles of his legs allowing him to leap about 25 m into the air.    Claws and Fangs: Mako has powerful claws and is able to cut through solid walls. His fangs can tear human flesh and can rip out a human heart right out of their chest cavity. He is able to transform just his claws without transforming fully.    Superhuman Agility: Mako' agility, balance, and body coordination are enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical limits of even the finest human athlete.    Regeneration: Mako can quickly regenerate all non-lethal damage. He can even heal damage that would be fatal to Humans.    Superhuman Durability: Mako's skin and superhumanly enhanced bodily tissues provide him much greater resistance to physical injury than an ordinary human. He can withstand great impact forces, falls from great heights, and small crossbow bolts without sustaining injury.    Super Speed: Mako can move very fast. He is able to move from place to place in seconds. He is considerably faster than Humans.    Superhuman Reflexes: Mako' reflexes are superior to those of the finest human athlete.
