La'gaan

Lagoon Boy is a male Atlantean with amphibious adaptations. He has green skin, red eyes and webbed ears, claws and feet. He has dark green fins on his head, the ends of which he has tied on a pony tail

Atlantean Attributes: Atlanteans have through scientific and sorcerous means developed several abilities which allow them to live comfortably under the sea.    Atlantean Sorcery: As La'gaan was a student at the School of Atlantis, he at least possesses a rudimentary level of sorcery. He has skin icons which are invisible when not in use.    Inflation: La'gaan can use Atlantean magic to enlarge his body, dramatically increasing his strength and durability. This is a particular technique that he had chosen to study at the School. Because of the way his lips are pulled tight, La'gaan is unable to talk while inflated.   Underwater Breathing: All Atlanteans are capable of surviving the aquatic atmosphere under the sea.    Atlantean Sorcery: Lagoon was trained in the mystical arts at the School of Atlantis.    Toxin Resistance: Lagoon has partial immunity to poisons of sea creatures, such as jellyfish toxin.    Hydrokinesis: Through Atlantean sorcery, he has demonstrated a capacity to form hard water constructs, such as a serpent.   Communication: Lagoon can talk (normally and telepathically) to sea creatures. He can also speak to children of Koral underwater.    Heat Immunity (limited): Lagoon has a higher than normal resistance to heat burns, due to his Zora nature.    Vitakinesis (limited): Lagoon can heal most wounds and cure most poisons when in contact with water, the amount of water and time needed for the healing being proportionate to the severity of the wound.    Water Empowerment: When in contact with or in the presence of water, Lagoon gains a disproportionate amount of superhuman clarity, strength, speed, agility, and endurance.    Aquatic Adaptation: Lagoon can swim at incredible speeds and can withstand the pressure of the ocean at great depths. His physiology is adapted for breathing underwater and as a amphibious being, he can resisting deep-sea-level pressure.    Superhuman Agility: Lagoon is more agile than a regular human.    Zora Physiology: Lagoon's anatomy resembles a humanoid amphibian. However, he only possesses a limited ability to breath on land, requiring constant access to water in order to not suffocate after a still quite long period.    Superhuman Durability: Lagoon is more durable than regular Humans.    Water Immunity: If he falls from great heights into water, Lagoon will be unaffected by any amount of water pressure. He doesn't get wet if submerged in water unless he wants to. Additionally, Lagoon can breathe underwater for unlimited amounts of time and see in the darkness underwater.    Superhuman Strength: Lagoon is considerably stronger than a regular human.    Superhuman Reflexes: Lagoon's reflexes are faster than a regular human.
