Physical Description
General Physical Condition
John is sickly pale and rather unnerving. Many people comment on John's unconventional appearance, specifically his disturbing smile. It is to be assumed that John is unhealthy; he is not physically fit. He's always had green hair and it's presumably natural.
Identifying Characteristics
John has sharp black claws and sharp white teeth, both of which can be used to tear flesh.

Master Manipulator: The Joker has easily manipulated people.
Genius-Level Intelligence: While not on the same level as Batman, the Joker was shown to be very intelligent, as he was able to deduce that Bruce was Batman and at times even surprise Bruce. Regardless, the Joker has proven that his intelligence is not to be underestimated, given that Bruce was shocked and surprised by how smart the Joker is.
Extremely High Pain Tolerance: During a brutal fight with Batman, he showed little to no reaction to the pain. Regardless of how powerful Batman's punches were, Joker only responded with laughter, even when getting stabbed in the hand by a Batarang. He still reacted for only a couple of seconds to the pain.
Capable Hand-to-Hand Combatant: Despite having no formal training, the Joker is a skilled combatant, to the point where he is able to fight well alongside Batman and create a formidable crime-fighting duo. It’s possible that their combined efforts will be able to beat other skilled combatants. Batman even commented that he is not half bad in a fight. The Joker was shown to be able to fight evenly against the likes of Catwoman and even Batman, despite Batman being a master martial artist. The Joker’s fighting style involves him using a knife.
Claws and Fangs: John has powerful claws and is able to cut through solid walls. His fangs can tear human flesh and can rip out a human heart right out of their chest cavity.
Night Vision: John can see in pitch-black conditions.

Knives: Joker would use a set of switchblade knives while he was in combat, often to attack or stab his opponent. They seemed to be his preferred weapon of choice, due to his quick use of them in succession and the sadistic pleasure he took from stabbing his victims.
