"Shadow of Hope" - Song
One of my weak songs I think but hey lets see how you see it.
The Bat´s symbol shining bright in the sky,
Every bat, every cat, every bird, every spy,
Keeping the courage up high,
Following everyone of the lost city´s cry
Gotham, a void that devours all,
Breaking sprites, making the righteous fall,
But one family fights and stands tall,
Bringing hope when the shadows fall
When day falls into night,
The hope will be the light,
The darkness will be the trope,
As a shadow of hope!
Chaos and vengeance,
All attention dependence,
Only bringing anger and sorrow,
And some don´t see a tomorrow
But when the wind rustles,
Everything bustles and hustles,
Silent step wander over the roof,
And a silent chuckle will give another proof!
When day falls into night,
The hope will be the light,
The darkness will be the trope,
As a shadow of hope!
Over maniac, over thug, over freak,
The Dark Knight will always seek,
The truth, the justice, the right way,
And make the unrighteous way!
No more blood, no more pain,
No more greedy punks who only steal to gain,
The darkness, no longer our enemy,
But the key to set this city free
Every bird, every cat, every bat, every spy,
All standing tall and high,
Turning darkness into their trope,
As a shadow of hope
