Grand Admiral Karlia was the last person officially granted the title Grand Admiral of the Imperium by the Emperor of the Universe. She had an impossible situation on her hands, there were not enough ships left to fully protect Korus, but even the New Galactic Republic admits that she stood her ground admirably. The image of her flagship, the battleship ESS Triumph, breaking up in the atmosphere over Korus remains propoganda of the Republic and a memorial for those whose loyalties remain tied to the Galactic Imperium.
