Celta (C-el-t-u)
The Celta were a race of people born in the southwestern part of Freger. They civilized around the same time when the Lumu Empire did. When the Lumu were sending their priests across the lands the south east didn't agree to convert so they were oppressed by most empires that took over the territory. They created a large empire in 407 YSC. They were oppresed by the Imperium because they didn't belive in Ahrum. So in 668 YSC, Halvor explored the seas to see if there was a place for Celta and Gaelia tribes could escape from the Imperium. He was succsess however, There was an imperial spy in their ranks who told this to the imperials and started new colonies in the territory. This made the Celta and Gaelia tribes angry at Halvor and called accused him in being the spy, he was killed in 702 YSC. The Celta and Gaelia tribes were the first to join the Ostites in their revolution in 893 YSC. They both were made into the 2nd and 3rd capital sectors in the empire.

Culture
Major language groups and dialects
The majority of Celta spoke Celtic. the main dialects are Ostite, Northern and Southern. Ostite is the main language of the Ostite culture (no duh), The language has minor changes to their alphabet but its mostly the same (Kinda like Scottish and Irish Gaelic). Northern is the "Father dialect" it is the oldest version of the language, It is mostly spoken by the Gaelia and Northern Celta tribes. Southern is the one spoken by the southern Celta and Sacoma people. Each are different enough for the cultures to tell each other apart but to outsiders they look and sound the same.
Common Etiquette rules
The Celta do not like wearing hats and halments inside buildings, they are always seen taking them off before entering. They also hate poor hygine, they bathe at least once a week. They also do not like being mean to their kin.
Common Dress code
Most Celta women wore a long wool dress with a decorative belt if wanted and some wore a headband. The men usually wore a wool tunic, belt, and tousers.
Common Customs, traditions and rituals
The Celta's have a huge festival for the Start and end of winter. The festival is called the "Féile an Gheimhridh"or "The Winter Festival", and lasts up to a week. The 1st festival is called "Ardú an gheimhridh" or "The rise of winter" starts on the 22nd of First Winter and ends on the 29th of the same month. In this festival the people have parades across the city's main roads. The parade consists of people dressed up in costumes and dance across the streets, The bards also sing and play in the parade and the massive party. The parties have bards singing and dancing, People dancing with love ones, kids playing games, People getting drunk, people eating, and people just having a good time. On the last night at 7 they have a great feast. During the feast the oldest tribes men/women gives a speech and passes around the sacred drinking horn. Drinking from this horn was supposed to give you a "sheild" from the cold. The 2nd festival is called "Titim an gheimhridh" or "The fall of winter". It had the same basics as the 1st but this time the horn gave you the strength to make it to the next winter.
Coming of Age Rites
Boys are working at the age of 10 and girls 14. Women are taught magic at the age of 8 and men are taught how to fight at 9. Boys are able to marry at the age of 18 and women 17. Boys are able to rule at the age of 16.

Beauty Ideals
The celta were a very hygenic people. They always had combs, toothpicks, brushes, and what are basically fingernail clippers.
Gender Ideals
Women usually worked in indoor jobs, although rare some women worked as mercenaries and blacksmiths. Men usually worked outside and as soliders. Women are also said to be closest to the spirits and are natural mages and preists. Men however, are said to be closest to the earth and are natural born leaders and worriors.
