Human and some Dragonborn tribes in the Eridani river area banded together to set up a new settlement in an abandoned Dragonborn city. This city would later be the Free City of Safir which was the first human state on Farlis.
Human and some Dragonborn tribes in the Eridani river area banded together to set up a new settlement in an abandoned Dragonborn city. This city would later be the Free City of Safir which was the first human state on Farlis. It became a sanctuary for any escaped Human slaves from the Avaronian Empire. Because of it's alliance with the Dragonborn of Aldhir it could remain free form the Avaronian influence.
