Victor Edward Johnson (a.k.a. Johnny)
Victor Edward Johnson, sometimes known as Johnny, is a former member of a cult following the Judge.

Personal history
Johnny grew up with his grandmother in Pineshade. He eventually joined a cult, but he left shortly after the cult was ordered to massacre his hometown of Pineshade.
In Nino Hogoku, on the floating island that would later become Dextopolips, he found that a version of his hometown from before it was massacred. He bought his old home, which was torn down and rebuilt as a roller rink.
After discovering Stiletto, the spokesperson for the Judge, was still alive, he plotted to take her pearl to see if he could figure out why the judge wanted his hometown destroyed.
When the Stiletto and the rest of Team Victory appeared on the island, he was able to take both her pearl and her equipment. Team Victory made quick work of him, retrieving the stolen items and Johnny's magic staff.
