Elixir Field
The Tanden (丹田, "Cinnabar Field"), or Elixir Fields, are three focal points for the flow of a cultivator's magical energies.
- The Kaden (下田), or Lower Field, is located below the naval and stores one's ki.
- The Chuden (下田), or Middle Field, is located at the heart's level and stores one's life essence.
- The Shanden (下田), or Upper Field, is located between the eyebrows and stores one's consciousness.
