Demilitarization of the Dead Waters

After ongoing conversations between the Federated Union of Eastern Kalin and Impero Tharrisian, both Nations finally agreed after several years to demilitarize the Dead Waters, which had been the location of several skirmishes, battles, and stand offs over the past decades.   Both nations agreed to pull their navies back from the waters, leaving only token support and patrol craft in in the region for search and rescue as well as patrols. Meanwhile, the Dwaav-Torva'Dro Abbanshi would pick up more anti-pirate patrols with its smaller navy.
