Sebastian "Padre" Ibarra

Sebastián Ibarra, better known on the streets of Night City as Padre, has a past etched in ink and blood. In his younger years, he was a devout member and priest of the Valentinos, one of the city's most influential gangs, and maintained close ties to the Juarez cartel. His full-body tattoos were both symbols of his faith and fearlessness. During this period, Sebastián also spent several years in prison—an experience that only sharpened his edge and solidified his reputation.   At some point later in life, Sebastián became entangled in a bloodbath at Moto Cielo. He survived the ordeal, and it marked a turning point for him. That near-death experience led him to abandon gang life in pursuit of what he saw as a more noble and controlled path: becoming a fixer. This transformation was not a rejection of his past but an evolution—trading chaos for calculated power.   By 2070, Padre had established himself as one of the most respected and dangerous fixers in Night City, operating primarily out of The Glen in Heywood. Known for his strong personal code, deep community ties, and ruthless efficiency, Padre became a key power broker in the district. Despite his violent past, he’s seen by some in the community as a guardian—someone who delivers justice his own way.   In 2071, Padre crossed paths with Frank, a meeting that added another thread to his growing network of influence and marked the continuation of his legacy in the city’s underworld.   Today, Padre remains a pillar of Heywood—equal parts priest, general, and judge. His word carries weight, and his jobs aren’t just about eddies—they’re about respect, loyalty, and sometimes, vengeance.
