Elise Duarte

Elise "Lis" Duarte is the owner of the Quantum Echoes bar in Watson.

Lis spent her early years working as a "Campus Experience Manager" with Zetatech. The corporate grind became too much after a "mood net" pilot program that she designed was used to target union organizers as disruptive vectors. When the most vocal elements disappeared or had "accidents," Elise resigned.

Quantum Echoes bar is her way of paying penance for the past.
