Wrathbringer, Greataxe of Mogis

Shortly after his birth, Mogis decided to create a weapon with which to kill his brother. Mogis assembled his champions and sent them out to battlefields, where they collected the essences of rage, hatred, and bloodlust. Under a bloodred moon, Mogis used those ingredients to forge a black-iron greataxe of manifest violence, Wrathbringer. Mogis is quick to let his favored follower borrow Wrathbringer, with one caveat, they have to spill more blood that what people deem possible for a mortal.

Battleaxe of Slaughter. This magic greataxe grants a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it. When you hit with an attack using it, the target takes an extra 3d10 Slashing damage. Whenever the wielder rages, their blood boiling malice causes then to grow one size larger and gain reach, all nearby creatures within 10feet to lose resistance to Bludgeoning, Piercing, and Slashing damage. If the wielder is not a barbarian then they can rage as if they were a 1st level barbarian.

Blessing of Slaughter. If you are a worshiper of Mogis, you gain all the following benefits for which you have the required piety:

Piety 10+. The greataxe has 1 randomly determined minor beneficial property.

Piety 25+. The greataxe has 1 randomly determined major beneficial property.

Piety 50+. The greataxe has 1 additional randomly determined major beneficial property.

If you aren't a worshiper of Mogis, the greataxe has 2 randomly determined minor detrimental properties.

Androphage. You must be attuned to a bonespike garb and bonespike pauldrons for the following effects. Your rage manifests itself as bloodred flames, causing you and all creatures within a 5ft radius to take 1d4 fire damage when the effect starts and at the start of each turn. Each time you get damaged, gain a +1 stacking bonus to damage rolls made with this greataxe for the same amount of turns up to a maximum of 10. Each turn the bonus is reduced by 1. After a kill your next attack is a guaranteed critical hit.
