Hymir, Urn of Ephara

Ephara carries a large urn over her shoulder with the star-studded sky of nyx pouring from it and dissolving into mist as it hits the ground. Ephara help her favored follower with the urn on their quests to overthrow any tyrant in the world.

Urn of Civilizations. This magical urn grants a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it. When you hit with an attack using it, you can grant the effects of protection from energy, or intellect fortress to one friendly creature, a maximum of one effect can be applied at once, the effect lasts for 10 rounds or until the effect is reset and does not require concentration.

Blessing of Civilizations. If you are a worshiper of Ephara, you gain all the following benefits for which you have the required piety:

Piety 10+. The urn has 1 randomly determined minor beneficial property.

Piety 25+. The urn has 1 randomly determined major beneficial property.

Piety 50+. The urn has 1 additional randomly determined major beneficial property.

If you aren't a worshiper of Ephara, the urn has 2 randomly determined minor detrimental properties.

The Cities Savior. You must be attuned to a Helm of Ephara and an Unflinching Protector Amulet for the following effects. The mist of nyx from the urn grants advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects to you and every friendly creature within 30 feet. Enemy creatures within 5 feet are touched with the outpour of nyx, becoming vulnerable to radiant and necrotic damage unless they are already immune, and taking 2d8 radiant damage at the start of their turn.
