AetherTech Conflux
AetherTech Conflux (or simply, The Conflux) is a Nexus District located in the South-Eastern portion of the Minutes Jurisdiction. It is primarily defined by the NanoCity Metropolitan Area District road at its eastern border, the EW Arterial road at its norther border, and the Seconds Express Rail at it's southern border; separating it from FableForge Crossing.
Like all secondary Minutes Districts, the Conflux's archtecture more greatly resembles its neighboring primary districts; NanoCity Metro and Mythwood Shire. This heavy combination of sleek futuristic buildings with a heavy magical presence is why the Conflux is arguably the most advanced district with regards to Magitech.
AetherTech Conflux is primarily zoned for Research and Development and Commercial use, though there are small residential pockets to provide housing to employees and their families.

Arcane Safety and Ethical Regulations Authority (ASERA)
A security and regulatory group that oversees the ethical use of magical and technological advancements. They ensure that research aligns with the city's regulations and that potentially hazardous experiments are conducted safely.MagiTech Engineers Guild
A hub for skilled artificers and inventors, the MagiTech Engineers Guild is an exclusive organization focused on breakneck advancement. It is not uncommon for the Guild Members to hold seminars to show off their latest creations, or competitions focused on reeling in undiscovered talent and breakthrough projects.Points of interest
AetherForge Tower
Home of the MagiTech Engineers guild, this secretive building hosts floors of experimenal labs, meeting rooms, and study centers all designed to cater to the needs of any Guild member. First floor meeting rooms are rented out to the public on request.AetherTech Innovations Expo Center
A large exhibition hall where inventors, technomancers, and magic engineers showcase their latest creations. It hosts regular expos, conventions, and events, drawing crowds interested in cutting-edge magical and technological advancements.Tourism
