New Terra is a coalition of the citizens and industries of Bastion and the Lunar colonies.
They are part of the Terran Federation Collective.
New Terra views the Terran Defense Corps as a valuable ally in the fight against the Carnax and other threats. The Corps provides much-needed support and protection to the citizens of Bastion and Luna.
Solaris
New Terra appreciates the help provided by Solaris in the fight against their oppressors and other threats. They see Solaris as a valuable ally in protecting the people and their interests.
New Terra welcomes the members of The Conflux into their society given that several members are already Terran citizens.
New Terra is governed by the Sol Council which oversees the administrative processes from within Bastion. The Council was established to maintain order, promote social welfare, and ensure the well-being of its people and their industries. However, many of the Council members have been corrupted by greed and power, allowing for outside forces to control many aspects of the organization's decisions and authority.

While the citizens of New Terra understand the grievances of the Native Sons and their desire for freedom from Dominion and its oppressive forces, they disapprove of their violent methods and indiscriminate attacks that often result in civilian casualties.

New Terra has a negative view of the Brotherhood due to their criminal activities and exploitation of the weak. They see the Brotherhood as opportunistic and a threat to the stability and security of their society.
Tyrian Union
New Terra empathizes with the Tyrian citizens who are not part of Red Star, however they can’t help but feel attacked by the entirety of Mars.

New Terra views Red Star as heinous for its aggressions against Bastion and its colonies. They are at war with Red Star and consider them a significant threat to their existence.
