The Halls of Times Past
A museum entirely dedicated to recording artifacts and skeletons of things from before the Doom. Created by a government funded trust for preserving the past, running a lot on donations.
Purpose / Function
To house and protect artifacts from before the Doom.
To invite others, both to see the artifacts and to keep itself going

Alterations
The building has had to be shrunk and streamlined to keep within budget.
Architecture
White polished stone, big pillars on the outside, sloped roof surface with a decorative round geometric object on top, shaped like a dragon.
Inside is more simplified, plain oak planks, no additional stone besides podiums, simple but reinforced glass to house paper and more thin items.

Tourism
Many people come here to see the world before it was, with the only intact skeleton of an adult blue dragon in existence belonging to the museum. As such, it is located in the middle ring.
Artifacts include: a skeleton of a dragon, chimera and a manticore. A series of weaponry and armour in ancient designs, including some dwarven plate. A great deal of elven paintings, some torn, depicting images of the Feywild and the material plane, often blending together. Most famously, a strange orb archeologists estimate to come from the dawn of the material plane, that circles around and around its vaguely brass coloured exterior. No one's opened it, and very few want to.
