Issril
The country of Issril is where the elves first made landing, and where New Avalon was constructed.
Structure
The country, due to its high density of seperate races, has been split into several reigons, with each area governing itself.
Any areas that are limited in inhabitants tend to be home to bandits, as there aren't guards to arrest them.
Due to this mixture of governence, almost every system under the sun has been used. Democracy, monarchy, republic, etc.

Culture
As a boiling point of almost every race, many cultures have been mixed together.
The prevailing religion is the Mountainhead religion, which is a fusion of ancient dwarvish texts mixing with the divines of the humans. It's simplicity led to it being widespread.
Elves tend to keep to themselves, and often 'claim' half-elven children they have to bring them into their homes or forests, provided they are willing.
Dwarves live in mountains and are talented craftsmen. Often they rely on other races for trade, mountains notorious for being uncooperative when dealing with agriculture.
Orcs tend to wander alone in the world. In most recent years the majority of them have migrated to the city of New Avalon, where their history of raiders and thieves have led to them mostly being forced into crime.
Gnomes and Kobolds have become good friends in recent years, both have a tendency towards eccentric genius. As such, there are a great many joint tinkers shops between the two small races.
Halflings are everyone's friends. Good cooks, good natured, and adaptable enough to live anywhere. Their social nature often leads them to work in public places like taverns and resturaunts.
Dragonborn often find themselves lost. After the death of the dragons they were all that was left of them. There is almost to be considered a high demand for the dragonborn, and many see them as an endangered species. Others see them as washed up, relying on their scales for success.

The majority of people worhsip the Mountainhead gods. Dwarves and humans especially.
Others prefer smaller gods, or even new gods. Halflings have a tendency of worshipping Hearth, the god of accomodation and the home.
The elves tend to remember their origins of the Feywild and pray to archfey instead of gods.
These are not hard and fast rules, individuals choose their own paths, these are just representation of the majority.

Foreign Relations
Due to the chaotic nature of the country, diplomatic relations are difficult, and a lot of overseas countries merely trade with specific areas; elven woodlands for magic, dwarven mountains for equipment, and large cities for market trade.
Agriculture & Industry
In recent years, industry has become the major reason for economic growth. Agriculture in cities is very difficult to keep sustaining the entire population, so a lot of importing has to be done.
Elven forests and halfling burrows tend to be self-sustaining farmers.

Trade & Transport
With the first and most terribe automobile created in recent years, most people still use carts and carriages to transport themselves and their goods.
Education
Schools are frequently found in cities, but are not enforced by law, and the best schools require payment to enter, meaning that a lot of the richer families pay for education, get better jobs and become rich themselves.

Most of the connecting roads between reigons have been destroyed, but maps have been created to show the country in its entirety.
