There are 5 coins in popular usage: copper, silver, electrum, gold and platinum. This describes their values and appearances.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

(appearance wise) Copper coins have a castle on one side, and a standard number on the back to classify it. Silver coins have a skull on one face and the standard numbers on the other side. Electrum coins have an eagle on their face. Gold coins have crowns on their faces. Platinum pieces have dragons on their faces.

Manufacturing process

The raw materials are melted down and seperated into trays with circular depressions. A press is used to emblem the coins.

Significance

Highly significant as the basis for most forms of trade.
