Big Boss
Background
Big Boss runs the street-level operations for the Rats thieves guild in Neverwinter's dock district. Despite his intimidating nickname, he's actually a wiry, nervous man in his forties who earned his position through cunning rather than muscle. He coordinates pickpocketing crews, fencing operations, and minor smuggling jobs while trying to stay beneath the notice of both the city watch and the guild's higher-ups.
