The Hospice of the Comet
A small hospital for the most misfortunate and neglected by society, this charitable organisation allows all to enter, seemingly unmotivated by any deity or organisation. The leaders have been known to preach a message of nihilism to patients, but their results are undeniably effective.
This hospital is consistently under political attacks from New Neverwinter's council of Lords, but has managed to stay open for decades, which they credit to their "overwhelming local support".
