The Enlightenment Assembly
A collection of entrepreneurs, engineers and investors, all seeking money. Led by the brutal businesswoman Caelynn Navarra (who also co-owns the largest bank), it’s the dream of every member of the Guild of Machinists to present their inventions there.

The human businesswoman who runs both the banks and the Enlightenment Assembly, Caelynn is both deeply respected and feared by the inventors and investors she works with. It is said that her approval can make or break even the most flawed or perfect idea.
Generally disengaged from the council, she has never had an official meeting with the entire Council of Lords. She is, however, very good friends with the Lord Herald Felicity House. Despite being seen in public together only a few times, they often meet at their large, secluded mansions. There, they presumably discuss business, politics and their esoteric schemes.
