The Bardic College
Led by the halfling Meriweather Cantor, they prioritise the written word over song or dance.
They generally prefer poetry and stories to singing, and work with the other Guilds to train bards. The bards who work with the Guild of the eternal flame tend to be part of the college of valour or swords, and the bards who train with the guild of machinists part of the college of lore or creation. Those who do not work with any other guild are usually part of the college of eloquence, which is regardless the most popular choice.
Entry to the college is generally based on a performance, usually a poem or speech, but any artistic expression is valid.
A common entrance ritual is to have a debate organised between two teams of prospective students, and see who's the most noteworthy orator.
